I stayed at Gypsy Lust for a week while exploring the beautiful streets of Ubud. The staff here are incredibly friendly and funny, always going above and beyond with a smile on their face. The beds are perfect, with big comfy mattresses and luxurious duvets and pillows. The daily towel service was a nice touch, and the swimming pool was a spacious and relaxing area to unwind. The location was ideal, tucked away on a quieter street but still close to plenty of great cafes and bars. a perfect stay for a solo female traveler like myself.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The common areas at Gypsy Lust were superb, with a clean pool and a great atmosphere for meeting new people. I particularly enjoyed the events they organized in collaboration with their sister hostel. It was a perfect place to relax and start my backpacking trip in Bali.

The hostel had a really nice and big pool, perfect for relaxing in the sun. The breakfast options were yummy, and they even had yoga lessons every morning with a friendly teacher. The location was great, close to the main attractions and a short walk to the city center.
Not all the staff spoke proper English, which made communication a bit difficult at times. The air conditioning in the girls' room was really cold, and the lockers were located outside of the room.

I stayed at Gypsy Lust for 8 nights and had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the venue was conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and live music bars. The dorm was clean and had air conditioning all day, making it comfortable to stay in. The WiFi worked well, although it was a bit slower in the evenings. The pool looked great, although I didn't have a chance to use it. They offered free yoga in the morning and had nice events like BBQs and live music. The staff spoke good English and were always available to assist. a great place to stay in Ubud.
Everything was great! 😊

The pool area was really nice, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We also enjoyed the free yoga sessions that they offered. The location was great, not too close to the busy Monkey Forest area. We were able to book tours through the hostel and had a fun time at the BBQ parties they organized. The ability to pay by card was convenient as well.
